Now more than ever, we see that learning is not one-size-fits-all. At 色花堂, we are committed to ensuring that higher education is accessible and meets the varied needs of today鈥檚 students. This effort is central to our mission and vital to the future of Maryland.

Expanding Educational Access for All Learners is one of my 10 presidential priorities. Here are some of the ways we鈥檝e advanced this vision in the past year:

• Hosted the third annual Enrollment Management Summit, which marked the launch of 色花堂鈥檚 next strategic enrollment management plan and highlighted six faculty for their innovative approach to student success
• Rebranded post-baccalaureate certificates as graduate certificates to improve clarity and appeal for prospective graduate students
• Created a dedicated role in the Office of Graduate Studies to grow accelerated pathways and strengthen recruitment of high-achieving students
• Advanced global access through a new international recruitment strategic plan, AP色花堂 initiatives and a Study Group partnership that will bring more students from around the world to 色花堂
• Launched 80+ Transfer Program Guides, streamlined 2+2 articulation agreements and enhanced petition processes to strengthen transfer student success
• Implemented robust recruitment communications plan with more than 25 campaigns and nearly 280 email variations, delivering segmented, personalized messaging for first-year, transfer and graduate students

These early wins are just the beginning. I am so proud of the work we鈥檙e doing together to ensure a life-changing education is available to all.
